Amazing Bible Race...Week 7

So, week 7 is almost over, are you caught up on your readings? This week we exit from Exodus and enter Leviticus. Leviticus is one of the most difficult books in the bible to read because it has soooo much "law" and so many rules for worship and daily life. It's really easy to get bogged down in all of it, so don't get discouraged! Also, as you are reading, look carefully at the laws. Some of these laws are often quoted today as ones we should follow, yet others are not. How do you feel about that? Should the laws of leviticus be an "all or nothing" thing or should people get to pick and choose what rules they will follow? Should we follow any of them? Do these laws really apply to us today? Remember that these rules were written for people who had just come out of slavery in Egypt and were wandering in the desert. Think carefully about these questions as you read this week.

This weeks readings are:
Day 1: Leviticus 1-3
Day 2: Leviticus 4-7
Day 3: Leviticus 8-10
Day 4: Leviticus 11-12
Day 5: Leviticus 13-15

Keep up the great work on all your readings and quizzes!
